Following the incredible success of “Starlight” last Christmas, St Canice’s Cathedral is delighted to present The Gift, a spectacular immersive light and sound experience by internationally renowned artistic collective Luxmuralis.

Step inside one of Ireland’s most historic and inspiring sacred spaces and experience Christmas like never before, as St Canice’s Cathedral is transformed through breathtaking projections, immersive soundscapes and vibrant festive imagery.

Journey through enchanting winter scenes, sparkling snowflakes, glowing Christmas trees and moments inspired by the Christmas story, celebrating the spirit of giving, hope, kindness and joy.

Combining the beauty and heritage of St Canice’s Cathedral with spectacular contemporary light and sound, The Gift offers a magical festive experience for families, friends and visitors of all ages.

Important Information

Please ensure you select the correct date and time when booking, as tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot. Entry will only be permitted for your selected time slot.

Under 2s attend free of charge but must have a free ticket booked, as they form part of the overall capacity for each time slot.

Each Accessible Ticket includes admission for the ticket holder plus one companion free of charge. Please ensure you select the appropriate Accessible Ticket when booking.

No food or drink is permitted in the Cathedral at anytime.

Children must be supervised at all times. Children’s tickets are only available up to an including the 7.15pm slot.

No parking is available on site. Please use alternative local parking amenities.
