St. Lachtain’s Church, Freshford

St Lachtain’s, Freshford is known for its richly decorated Hiberno-Romanesque Porch, one of only a few remaining in Ireland.  It has been the site of Christian worship for nearly fifteen centuries.  Its energetic congregation opens the Church annex as a heritage and craft centre in the summer months.
